I didn't wear a mask in because I'm 36 weeks pregnant and I get extremely nauseous when wearing one and have passed out before. I tried to explain that to the employees but they didn't care. They refused to serve me. Left hungry. Will be contacting the media.

Highly recommend going somewhere else. Customer service was very poor. I left before being served.

I have not been to Subway in probably.. 6 years. This Coopersville one used to be so wretched that I was completely disgusted at the mere thought of it. However, we decided to give it another try the other day and I'm so glad we did. I'm happy to say that it was actually really good! The meat tasted good, the veggies were crisp and fresh, the bread didn't taste stale. I'm thinking over the last 6 years they must've changed management or done something different, because it's a huge improvement over what it was, and I really hope it stays that way. I definitely plan on coming back soon.

I rarely ever review anything, but I was totally shocked by this Subway. I went in to order for my husband and four kids. Everyone had a mask on except the woman working. I very KINDLY asked her if she had a mask on hand just while she made our food and she pretended to talk in a sick voice, said she had a medical condition and told me to back up. I was wearing a mask and there was glass between us. I left without getting our food. I understand it’s difficult to find anyone willing to work at a gas station Subway, but the franchise owner for this location made an extremely poor choice in staff. I will be reporting this to the health department. I understand people have their own political reasoning for not wanting to wear a mask, but working in the food industry, it is about human decency. What if she was making food for an elder with a compromised immune system or sick child? Make kinder choices people.

I believe shes the manager there but she started in March and shes very good at her job. And was tolerant of my indecisiveness. And if you're ever caught between steak and cheese on flatbread or the Turkey bacon guacamole? Just know I chose the wrap. And it was great ud83dude02ud83dude4f good service thank you
