Douglas Cleaners not only is one of the best dry cleaners in the area, but their customer service is the better than I would have ever imagined. Amy cares about her customers deeply and goes above and beyond to help them out. We were leaving for vacation and forgot to pick up our Dry Cleaning before they closed. She came in from home on a Saturday night to give us our dry cleaning so we would have it for a Sunday flight. I couldn't believe it. We will be a customer for life. Thanks Amy!
No fuss no muss. Just drop off bag at the door and they are ready for you same evening. Since I’m always rushing to work in the am it’s nice to just drop off and go. They provide a little neighborhood charm in getting to know u and do a fine job of laundering dress shirts.
5-star service from a 5-star team of pros. From shirts to bedspreads, they do it all. Even fixed the pocket-hole in my wife's new coat! New owners have taken a great company and are making it even better. They deliver too!!!
The guy is terrible at customer services. Because they can't do clothes right and rude to other people.
