Spent 30 dollars here for a meal for my whole family and ordered through the app. Was told I had to come and inform them that I ordered through the app which was fine albeit a little strange. So after waiting an additional 10 minutes I’m brought a bag of food and ask “if they are sure that it’s everything?” As the bag seems a little small but they assure me it is. Since it’s pretty late in the evening I take their word for it. After getting home, sure enough it was not everything missing items and some items I didn’t even order. I’m baffled as to what the point of using the app is if they don’t even read the order.

Went on a Saturday around 3pm. Fast, friendly service. Ordered two #8's and they were made perfect. And I love that they added peppermint candy to our bag.

By far the worst fast food restaurant I've ever experienced. I have worked in this area for about 18 months now. I am not exaggerating when I say that this location has something wrong or not working almost 75% of the time I go here. One day they dont have certain food products, the next day there is a 10 minute wait for their system to reboot, and the next day they are closed down altogether with no explanation. Can't believe this location is still in business.

They repeated the order back correctly the 1st time. But then rang it up wrong, so we got charged for 2 extra tacos and an extra pop. When we went back they told us we ordered wrong. No, we didn't. You weren't focused. Focus. It's not that hard. I've worked fast food and worked at taco bell. If you're not sure or don't remember, ask. Don't be rude the 1st and 2nd time we come through either. Ill at least be nice and not leave the ladies name.
