Last night both of my subs was burnt a little bit and the bread was hard as a rock and more important they left off the chipotle sauce which is the only reason I get a sub and last week one of the same two subs I always order was so cold it was either taken out of the refrigerator or it was out in the snow. So something has changed with this store in the past couple of weeks because I always order from here and I never had a problem before so I ask if the owner or manager is reading this to please look into it before you lose my business. Thank you.
Wrong hours posted for some of them even on their own website so I made a couple trips for nothing. It's not rocket science to keep this stuff up to date!
