I'm sorry to say if you're craving foods with your family be alert you could be told only one order and if more then one you could be told to go back around for second order. This has happened to several cars on a should be busy Friday. Can't happen especially restaurants struggle during Covid at some places. Especially when you drive a lease vehicle. Who's trying to buy local. Well there you have it please use the Arby's by the Franklin Park Mall they take up to 3 orders a car. Wow I would've been fired.
This restaurant's employees at this location are too poor mentally, unprofessional, not well trained, lack customers' centric, too arrogant and uncultured. They need to learn from Chick-fil-A.

The employees who work at this location are amazing!!! I had a little bit of change and $.98 cents on my debit card and they told me not to worry about it.. Not sure what needs to be done but these employees need a raise and/ or at least recognition. Amazing Service 100%. I have had a rough few weeks and they just made it all better!!
