Very rude customer service. Mask slipped below my nose and they refused to complete my transaction until I fixed it. When I did I was told it wasn't high enough above my nose. They are entirely encased in plexiglass, so there was no real safety threat and no reason the get an attitude.
We love the pizza and Amanda, the manager, is great. That being said, we have had multiple issues with them screwing up orders. Most recently, they put a topping on that I asked they not and found it when I got home. Called immediately, five minutes before close and they said they were closed and wouldn’t fix the problem. They hung up on me and when I called back were extremely rude. I’m only giving 2 stars because Amanda has always been very nice, friendly and taken care of any problems in a professional manner.
I was parked in front of their place waiting for them to open. I thought it was 10a but it's 11. So who ever opened seemed suspicious that a fat guy was sitting waiting for them to open. I told him I'd be back later and by that I meant the Jett's Pizza across the street was ultimately going to get the $28 order.
All of the employees were very friendly and helpful.
Ordered the Big Papa, it was great.
