We love Bob Evans! Friendly and good food!!
Just gone down hill with customer service. Also food quality took a dive.
This place is never really busy except Sunday mornings. The food was good and I went there with a fairly good size party and everyone was satisfied with the food. The waitress didn't forget anything and we didn't have to wait to long for our food to come out. I would recommend this place.
I used to come here religiously with my dad and it was really great about a decade ago. But slowly it has gone downhill in both service and food quality. The atmosphere is nice but the food is never worth what you're charged. Service seems to be hit and miss, though lately it's been getting better.
I hadn't been to Bob Evans for a number of years, but thanks to a coupon in the newspaper, I thought I would try it again. I waited to be seated for 3 minutes, as the Manager was more interested in pulling a cash drawer than seating people. A girl from the bakery area seated me. Since I was dining alone, she assumed that I wanted to sit at the counter. I asked to sit by the windows. Keonna was my server, and I would recommend her. My late father was a fan of Chopped Steak with Mushrooms and Onions, so I ordered that in his honor. I mentioned to Keonna, that I wanted the meat to be cooked medium.
