This company should not be in business. They partner with 601 Bond Apartments. I dropped my clothes off and did not get my clothes backs for 7 weeks, and my clothes were still not cleaned 7 weeks later — no joke. I don’t know how many times Boomerang’s “owner” Ryan told me my clothes would be there the next day or “soon” or on specific dates or times... he didn’t give me my clothes back until I told him I guess I would have to explore legal options. Never have I ever had a worse experience. I would highly suggest you keep you things as far away as possible from this company. It is shocking this company is in business.
We have had an exceptional experience with pick up and drop off. I have sent notes for our dry cleaning to be expedited and it has! Top notch quality and everything is impeccable when it is returned. We even had valuables in the pocket that we forgot about and they were returned in a bag along with our suits and dresses. The price is right, too!!
Completely unreliable, impossible to contact. They don't pick up the laundry on time, no one picks up the phone or answers e-mail. A fake business.
Speed is slow. Schedule for pick up and delivery isn’t correct. Customer service is lacking, hard to contact, and doesn’t follow through with commitments, specials, or advertisements.
