The pick up and drop off laundry service is exceptional in the quality of service provided. They do an excellent job with the folding and hanging of the items washed and the delivery driver is communicative and accommodating. I have tried all the other services in the area and I have been impressed only by Curtis.
Very customer oriented! If there's ANY problem or misunderstanding, they go above and beyond to solve the issue regardless of how minor the issue is. I am now a customer for life!
I stopped in the Michigan st location yesterday. I found the facility clean and in order. The lady working was very nice and extremely helpful. I recommend this business. Keep up the great job.
Great place to do wash! It's so good that I take 2 buses to get there!
