A rug of mine that has been in my family for decades and is very near and dear to my heart needed a clean after some years of wear and tear. I found this business after some searching online and after extensive review I decided to give them a try. I AM SO HAPPY I CHOSE THEM! The Clean Oriental Rug team blew my expectations out of the water!nnMy questions were answered and any worries I had were put at ease. The team also took the time to explain to me origins of the rug and some history that I found very interesting. A few years ago we got a huge oriental carpet that was free. It had been used in a busy office and was filthy and the fringe was hanging off. Took it to Clean Oriental Rug where it stayed for a few months. The rug I picked up was so luxurious and soft.nThat was a few years ago. I just walked on it this evening with bare feet. It’s still luxurious and still so soft. Outstanding quality of workmanship.nThanks Team Koets’!

Clean Oriental Rug has one of the most knowledgeable and professional rug cleaners in the industry. Nate Koets has taught many classes around the nation and filled his students brains with lots of knowledge on how best to clean rugs from around the world. He also takes on some of the most difficult challenges for cleaning and gotten amazing results along with repairing any damage that has occurred on the rug. If I ever have any troubles or questions Nate will be one of the first ones I call for answers.
