Great customer service on the phone and in store. An associate was asking if I needed anything as soon as he was done helping his previous customer and quickly found the bolts I needed and bagged them up for me. Will definitely be shopping there next time I need hardware for a project
I’ve been coming to this store frequently since moving to the area. Most of the employees have been very generous with their time and expertise. However, I will not go in during the day anymore because the daytime cashier is very rude and snippy. Not sure if she’s been doing her job too long or what her problem is, but a fair amount of my business has been lost due to her behavior.
Knowledgeable staff, very helpful and thorough. Only once had someone who was unpersonable and didn’t communicate well.nSlightly higher prices compared to other hardware stores, but more than happy to support local and pay for the pleasant environment and hard work of employees. Can’t beat the convenient location.
