Has always been good, workers are always courteous and smiling. Some things i would like improved are the washing of the rear tailgates/hatch, usually still dirty. And some taller dryers doesn't get my door windows very good on my full size pickup. Other than that its always great
Pretty interesting car wash, honestly. It's not amazingly high tech, but certainly more than other places I'm the western mi area. It was crazy busy and I still managed to only wait maybe 3-5 minutes before getting into the wash and out.
If your wheel shine would be better I would rate you higher, it seems each time I go through the car wash I have to either go through again to better clean the wheels or wipe them down afterward.nnAlso, your wash cycle does not do a real good job removing bugs from the windshield/bumper/grill.nnBut, I will say your staff is very friendly and I like the fact you have several locations in Grand Rapids
The number of locations is absolutely mind boggling - they're everywhere! Super convenient experiences, and the machines that do the washing appear to be in great condition. The only downside is how often the hoses used to vacuum are in poor condition. (Poor suction power, broken when taking out of storage cylinder). New hoses would be awesome. Oh, and I love my platinum wash too!
Super convenient location. Sometimes really long lines but the employees are extremely helpful to the people that don't have the monthly membership pass, so the line goes quickly. My recent visit was great, just like all my other visits. I do appreciate seeing the touch screens getting sanitized between each use, even though I do not use them.. it's still nice to see.
