Randy Smith was great! He wore a mask and even put on booties, which made me feel safe. He was professional and knowledgeable. This was just an inspection per contract, he noted some items that will need future attention, but did not overly pressure me to buy right away. Great company and service!
I have had to use them 4 times in the last 2 months. Each time they were very friendly, and knowledgeable. Responded fairly quickly to our emergency calls. Prices seem alittle high, but I didn't compare, so these are probably the going rates for a good , dependable plumber. I will definitely continue to use them for our plumbing needs.
I called them on a Friday at 5pm and Trevor arrived at 7pm. Super friendly, efficient at finding the leak, and feel like it’s a good value overall. Total cost was $400 to find and repair the leak, which includes their after hours surcharge. I was just so impressed with the work and professionalism.
Ryan Garrett came out to check a leak and found that the powder room toilet was leaking. Everything about Ryan's service was perfect. He was quick, clean, and very cognizant of health safety. Towers Plumbing is a five star business in every way and I would recommend them to anyone.
