We had a backed up drain and needed help right away. I have called at least 10 other places I had been told I needed to wait two or three days to get help. Drain Detectives came out quickly and solved the problem. They explained everything and I knew what I would be paying and they were very reasonable. They even have a 30 day guarantee. I would highly recommend them.

Drain Detectives repaired our sewer line 6 months ago. We just had the line scoped and found out that the line was not graded properly. We have contacted them to correct the repair and they are refusing to cover their 1 year warranty.
