I called on a Thursday and scheduled the next day to repair leaking service valve to a toilet. Service person was good, but diagnosis of problem seemed random. He recommended everything from replacing the entire toilet to simply repairing valve and internal workings. Toilet like new so I chose to just repair. Shocked at the highly inflated price of $370 for parts and 11/2 hours labor. Plus it was Friday, I’d already taken time off to be home, he didn’t have all parts, and I felt locked in because of time restraints to accept price and move forward. Had similar repair By same co. on another toilet a couple yrs prior at half the price. Service man stated it was higher price because work is quartered for a yr. Also, asked for invoice and he said he would email it to me,but never received. I’ll be looking for a new plumbing service.

2 problems. 1 was lied to and was told that my water pressure was dangerously high and I needed to have my pressure regulator replaced. After a second opinion, it was well within the appropriate limit. 2 they quoted me at $1000 to do a job. Every other quote came in between $400-$500. Not an honest company

I strongly do not recommend this company. We have an annual service contract so you'd think the service and pricing would at least be decent. They gave me a $275 quote to clear a bathroom sink that was plugged (another local company came out later the same day and charged me $82). The other company also said that work should never be over $100, All Hours was nearly 300% higher and we pay them for an annual service contract! The technician was also very arrogant and had a bad attitude. No thank you, cancel.

I cancelled work appointments to be home when they told me 4-6. Called me at tail end of this range to say it would be another hour at the least only to find out on this phone call they don't carry basic supplies on their truck to do a simple faucet install? All the other companies I called said they keep supplies on the trucks for simple installs so they don't have to come back on yet a different day. Cancelled work tonight with nothing to show for it. Back to square one.

I was not a customer, but I will gladly give them a 5 star review! I was at a gas station with a flat tire and Mitch from All Hours walked over and offered his help! He was so kind to stop and help me. He got me on my way in literally no time at all. Again, I’m not a customer, but clearly this company has hired high quality people with solid character on AND off the job. Thank you, Mitch!
