Water main replacement from the street into the house. There’s never a good time to need to do that, but Beehive made it stress-free with know-how and timely responses and scheduling. I loved that the quote was easy to see online with all the steps and components included and convenient payment options. Their staff were very friendly and did great work. We’d definitely call Beehive again.
Beehive Plumbing is great! They were able to come out the same day to give me a quote and start my job. They were on time and very polite. I would highly recommend them!
They do good work, and they charge fair prices... if you can get them to come out. We've called them for several issues, and had a timely response, but most recently we had a stinky shower drain in the master bathroom. Both times, they made an appointment for 8 days out from the day I called, and both times they called an hour before the appointment time and said they had an emergency and pushed me off for another 8 days. The second time they called to push me off because of an emergency, I told them I would call someone else. I understand a stinky shower drain isn't necessarily a high priority in the plumbing business, but I got tired of wrinkling my nose at the stench every time I walked into my bedroom, and having to run the exhaust fan just to be able to breathe long enough to brush my teeth in my bathroom.
The technician that came out to look at an issue we've been trying to solve for almost 3 years. He was able to show me exactly what was going on and provide options as solutions. Everything was very clear and to the point. Nothing was in terms that I didn't understand. This was by far the most informative appointment I've had. They have my business for good.
Follow Up - We had to have our main line repaired. They have the option of relining the main line instead of having to dig up and replace the whole pipe. The technicians were here on time and got right to work. They took care not to do any more damage than was absolutely necessary. They politely answered all of our questions and kept us updated throughout the whole process. I cannot tell you how impressed I am with this company. They will have all of my future business!
The entire experience was top notch. They showed up when planned, quickly identified the problem, and provided a reasonable quote for the work. Benji was very professional and his work was very well done.
