So great working with a company that provides such amazing customer service! The gal in the office was great at scheduling and the technicians Richard and Darren were very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend NB Plumbing!
Darren was very knowledgeable, professional and answered all our questions. He told us right up front the things we would need that wouldn't be covered by our home warranty. We appreciated getting a text letting us know when he was on his way. Destiny was also very helpful throughout the process.We wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Extremely dishonest and over priced. They lied to our home warranty company about what caused the issues we had so they didn’t have to cover it and then gave us a ridiculously high price for the repairs we needed done. We had multiple other contractors come out to bid the job and every single one of them not only bid around $800 less for the same work, but also told us the reason NB plumbing gave was dishonest and shady. Because we had to fight with the warranty company over these lies and wait for them to agree to send a new contractor out for a second opinion, we were without hot water for 6 weeks. If they had been honest in the first place, it would have been less than a week. I would never recommend this company,
