I will definitely be using Unique Plumbing in the future. I found them on a recommended list from a recommendation list from someone else I had used. They gave me a great service and didn’t attempt to push anything onto me/up sell me; this is very important to me as I like to be in control of decisions and I like to get the facts of a situation and I dislike the ‘you need to fix this asap-pushy sales tactics’ Knowing my options is key and Josh did a sewer scope for me. He presented just about every option and all potential outcomes. He wasn’t afraid to give me rough ‘ballparks’ on things and didn’t rush through it with me. He was extremely attentive and I honestly couldn’t have asked for anything more than that. They gave me upfront pricing. My bill did come in at the top end of the price however I found that it was well within reason/justified. I am very frugal with professional services and I think I got superior service with Josh, Becky, and all of Unique Plumbing! A+ in the business!!!
They were great. Super quick to respond. Even moved our appointment up and Josh worked late the day they came so we could have hot water. We couldn't be happier with the service and our new water heater!
We had a hole in our sewer pipe and Josh with Unique was great to get it fixed quickly. Josh was professional, honest, and did a great job!
