The grievance process is to contact sergeant Neff. I tried to complete this process, but his lack of caring for the community and poor communication have forced me to leave a public grievance.
Trooper Kenny Holland contacted me about an alleged hit and run I was involved in. The driver, Jacqueline Baca is committing insurance fraud. There was no damage to my vehicle, no witnesses and no footage proving any involvement of either me or any of my vehicles. I highly suggest basic training and testing for competency for Kenny. He took a picture of my diesel truck's bumper as proof of damage because it had black exhaust and Jacqueline's vehicle is black. He claimed my tire hit, which is no where near my bumper on my 8 ft. Bed and the tire still has the tags and tire shine on it when I sent photos to my insurance 2 weeks after the alleged incident. I have nothing positive to say about my experiences with these people.
Was pulled over for speeding even when I was steadily behind and a lane over from a patrol car. I was assuming he was setting traffics (cars are passing him also) Said he got me on rear radar. Did a horrible job of communicating it to me and was rude the whole time. This is the kind of stuff that leaves a sour taste in people’s mouths :(

These southern Utah highway patrols are the biggest scam of Utah. I have no respect for them. They're biased and ridiculous
Easily the best and most prestigious Law Enforcement in the state. Troopers work hard all year long protecting the citizens from dangers on the roadways, and clean up the streets by taking drugs and dangerous drivers off of our highways.
