The 'shop' and Heath are awesome! I went in to buy a saw and had a LOT of questions. Heath knew the answers or looked them up on short order. He helped me buy the best saw for my needs. I highly recommend them!
My husband matt just bought two new saws . Said the people were helpful in helping pick a new saw and helpful in demonstrating how to operate and maintaining both saws. Great service!
Always very polite and professional. I appreciate that they always say God bless. They took very good care of me, and have earned me as a customer for life.
If you buy oil, or new equipment they may be a good shop. And to be honest they are very polite. My experience with the repairs, is they take a very long time even for a simple tune up. I had a tune up that took over 6 weeks. I dropped off a weed whip to get a handle put on over two months ago, the parts were in in a week and it is still not done it's September now. Now this isn't a one time occurrence, I work for a company that uses them and so I no other choice. They have decent prices, but go somewhere else for you repairs!
We love this store so much we bought a $3,000 mower from them. Always great advice and service from them!
