My stolen passport was used to open a storage unit in Midvale. The officers on the case were very helpful and thorough in their investigation. I am so greatful for their service and helping me recover some of my stolen property.
If I could give a -5 stars I would. I called last night to have an officer call me back with a question. I didn't ask for someone to drive out to me because I didn't want to waste their time if it wasn't needed. I was told I would get a call....more than an hour later NO CALL and the situation that I was calling about went down hill fast. When I called back they stated "we had someone call you and they were not able to reach you...plus we had more priority calls" What? Really? First I had my phone on me the whole time and not ONE missed call, even from a "private number" like they stated could be the reason. Also to say that my situation was not important, wow!! Good to know!! After the call ended I received a call 2 minutes later from guess what? A private number...go figure! This whole situation has left a sour taste in my mouth for the Police Department and I used to be a huge supporter, not anymore! Way to go!!!
Really impressive to see someone be able to walk without a spine like officer Gardiner does. Serve and protect brother, those parking tickets are not gonna write themselves mr. meter maid
I called to report an stolen license plate .... dispatch took some info and said someone would get back with me .... not even 10 minutes later an officer called me and very patiently gather more info from me and gave a case number right after that .... Im happy knowing that they really cared
*Update: I recently called Midvale Police again and had a great experience with the dispatcher. Everything you'd hope for when you call the police. I'm happy to give a 5 star review now. Thank you!
The police officers that have come to my house have been awesome and extremely helpful. They have been good communicators. I appreciate all they have done.
