I'm pregnant and asked for help to get my car unlocked since I forgot my key inside the car and got locked up , I needed to go to my doctor's appointment and they refuse to help me out saying the don't have any tool they will only have to break the window, like really? That's how they help out the community. My friend had the same situation In West valley and police helped her out so I thought about calling the Millcreek police department since I live 5 min far from there . But they didn't helped me out

Called the cops the other day because someone was threatening my families' safety. Cops showed up, person was locked in their room, refused to talk to police, so the police told us to deal with it and left. Like for real?? Deal with our own protection? Utterly pointless. We did not feel safe, and it was a complete waste of taxes in paying for the gas to send them out. I called to speak with their supervisor, he blatantly ignored me, and the 2 that showed up didn't even give their names. Worst service ever. I'd like this branch to be closed. I don't want to pay for protection services that aren't provided. I'd feel safer if my taxes had bought a toaster. Don't live here if you rely on public safety - there isn't any. Will be looking into options as this is unacceptable.
