Dustin and Justin were great to work with today. When they first came during our appointment window, my wife was on an important work call, so they graciously offered to head to another appointment and come back later that day since the service would be noisy. When they did come back, they were extremely friendly and showed us the condition of our air ducts which helped us decide whether we needed service or not....the transparency was refreshing. Highly recommend!
I am very happy with the service provided today by Fred Haas and Dustin Smith. It was great to get a call to let me know an arrival time. They were both very professional and courteous and it was apparent that they both take pride in their work. Excellent service!

We had them clean three rooms of carpet with deodorization. After that while vacuuming we still are vacuuming up a lot of dirt and debris. It took them less than 1 hour to do all three rooms with the deodorizer. I thought this was a little quick and it shows in the vacuuming after.
We had Tony and Matt out to clean the carpets in our Family Room, main and basement stairs and upstairs landing. They came during the window with a phone call when they were close. They got right to work and did an AMAZING job on my carpets. We did not expect to get all 15 years of stains out but Tony and Matt knocked them out! Then Tony did my foyer area rug too which looks great now, I didn't realize how dirty it was. I would highly recommend them and the price was low for the quality of work!
