Never really does that great of a job. Good in a pinch if you just need your car to look good from 30 feet away.

This car wash is usually great but on my last visit it only wash half of my car
This review is specific to Plainwell Meijer location. There are 2 bays at this location 1 seldom works. Sometimes it's the check in screen sometimes is the wash itself. Their customer service is VERY responsive though! It's just the inconvenience of having to back out if bay is not working or if the scanner is not recognizing your subscription sticker. The wash when it works does a great job. UPDATE: I changed my rating to 4 stars from 3 because as I mentioned the customer service is amazing. As they noted they reached out to me right away resolved my most recent issue and provided suggestions for future washes to save money!
