The customer service for this company is outrageously bad. It would take a half an hour to explain the details of my experience. I tried to book a trip on Airbnb. No one would respond to any of my questions or confirm my booking. I spoke with a manager, I believe his name was Yan, and he gave me his word that we would have a specific week for my family. He then didn’t confirm my booking, despite telling me numerous times that he would, and someone else eventually booked the week. I talked to him on the phone four times. All he had to do was just confirm my booking. I also tried to book it on the phone, and he refused to do that. I have never written a negative review about a company before, but this was an exceptionally bad experience. Despite all of this Yan didn’t seem to understand that he did anything wrong.nnJan, who was supposed to respond to me, also didn’t respond to Airbnb requests or direct emails for over a week. It got to the point where I questioned whether or not this was a legitimate company.nnAfter not keeping their word to me, and wasting so much of my time, they offered me absolutely nothing. Not another week, not a slightly discounted rate, nothing. This was one of the worst customer experiences of my entire life
