Tim has fulfilled our park plumbing role for the last several years ...exceptionally. We have 66 units and the resultant infrastructure...and has been highly responsive to our needs and time-frames. He's frequently been called upon to fix water issues that are poorly described by our members, or that require him to evaluate options/issues with the owners or board members being remote. Tim consistently provides quality work, knowledgeable advise, timely responses and reasonable rates. We're collectively glad he is on board with us.

Tim and his staff have been working for me on three different projects within the past five months. Although these projects are small and scope and price Tim has made himself and or his employees available to me time after time. If you’re looking for a plumber that has a personality Tim Donnell is your guy. I’ve been a general contractor for 31 years and I know I will use him in the future for sure.

Since moving to Wells ME we have needed the services of Tim Donnell Plumbing & Heating a few times. He ALWAYS either answers his phone or promptly returns a call. His team shows up when needed, works CLEAN and is so friendly and professional. Most recently, our house went under contract to be sold in 28 days. The home inspection discovered a leak that the buyers wanted repaired before signing off. We called Tim last night and at 7:30 AM this morning, a member of his team knocked on the door. Within an hour, our issue was resolved. We are so thankful for the quick and friendly service and HIGHLY recommend them. We own a seasonal property in York Maine and each year we've contracted with Tim to turn on the water for our cottage each year when the town meters are installed, and to close down the water for our cottage each year prior to winter shut-down. Tim has consistently (always) ensured that our water is properly turned on/off in a timely manner, for reasonable rates, and available for other plumbing issues as they arise. We highly recommend this firm.

Tim is the best. He is our plumber for our cottage in york maine. He turns our water on for the summer and then drains the pipes and closes it for the winter. Im so glad we found him. Hes a great guy! Thank you Susan Salvucci
