This is the second time I’ve worked with Jason at Points East Real Estate and it was another wonderful experience. Jason walked me through every step of the way and took the extra time to thoroughly explain the process. He continuously went above and beyond and made the sale of my home as easy as possible. Selling my home was not an easy decision and Jason not only understood my feelings, he continuously checked in to make sure I was ready. That was extremely helpful and made the entire transaction that much easier. Communication was wonderful and I appreciated his knowledge and trusted his recommendations throughout. I’d highly recommend this agency and this realtor, in particular. We look forward to working with him again in the future!

They are very detail-orientated when it comes to recommending thorough inspectors, and completing thorough walk-throughs. You can tell they love where they live, and are eager to share that appreciation for Downeast with others.

Hands down the worst RE there is! Ashley nor Jason will call you, wont give last names up front dont reply to questions and concerns, no one in the office to assist. and when Jason was told about the issues he refused to talk like a man, and sent a long childish email with lies and no facts. They really messed up my life with what they did to me. They both dont take the job serious as its a second income to them not primary and it shows!
