Curt Fish and team are terrific. We were Out of State buyers and I can safely say we wouldn't have been able to buy our dream home in Maine without Curt. He was super responsive and proactive in helping us navigate the path towards purchase. One thing I liked in particular was that he highlighted possible negative points as well as the positive. It is an older home and he wanted to make sure we were happy and no surprises. He's a talented guy....very smart, knows the area very well and is high character. We were very fortunate to have Curt represent us.

Curt brings with him a wealth of industry knowledge that sets your mind at ease when searching for or selling a home. Curt and Sarah helped us sell our home and purchase our new home. They were on top of matters the entire time. Super knowledgeable down to the wood that was used to build a house. They picked up on things that we would’ve never thought of. If you’re buying or selling these are the people you want on your team. They made the entire process much easier and less stressful which is huge when you’re making such a big purchase. Curt is a great negotiator, keeping us as the priority at all times. He went out of his way to go to bat for us more than once. If we ever go through the process again Curt and Sarah are the first and only option.
