Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company even though they were highly recommended by a trusted friend and another plumber! After showing up an hour and a half late for our appointment, which they knew my husband left work to attend, we were promised a speedy quote to replace our defunct hot water tank . We waited 2 days, checking our email frequently, and I finally called. Never did hear back, even after speaking to the receptionist. Finally gave up and ordered one from Home Depot. I'm sure their work is fine, but this was an extremely disappointing first impression.

Excellent work by Kenny. Cant thank him enough for taking our antiquated hot water heater out of our cottage and replacing with new one. Outstanding service!

We live in an old house whose previous plumber was likely the previous owner, a sailor by trade, certainly not a plumber. This isn’t a fun house for them to work in but they’ve done a great job with every fix we’ve called them in for and done it in a timely manner with a smile on their face. I can’t say enough positive things about them.

it has taken months to get on their schedule. Finally a tech comes but I am told a carpenter is now needed. Communication and scheduling are a mess. This is unusual as I have had good experience but this year I'd try someone else if possible
