Chris Rowell was our buyer's agent and we can't recommend him enough! He was polite, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He was honest about what he thought about a property, which was a must for us. We never felt like he was pushing us into making any decisions nor did he feed us empty platitudes. He was always willing to go out of his way to help us, including driving long distances to record videos and/or video call from a property. Twice, he made time for us last minute and was really there when we needed his help. Always answers/returns your phone calls and very willing to make some calls on your behalf if you want him to.

Relator.com put me in contact with a Susan Lane broker agent with Realty of Maine she had many star ratings and so I wrote and asked her some questions in regards to relocation to Bangor. I did not receive any information on my questions and so I wrote to this entity asking why a broker would ignore . I did receive a reply stating that they were unsure why this would happen as she is generally good at responding. I take it that asking questions before relocation is not part of her resume. After reading comments on Google noting that staff are responding to their place of business with 5 star reviews and having experiencing these negative dealings it gives me too many red flags to have these people be in charge of my house purchase.

The gentleman next door was a Navy veteran and had his American Flag on his house. He passed away and his house is for sale listed by Realty of Maine. We keep finding it on the ground. Clearly a statement of how Realty of Maine feels about the country. Here are photos from the other day. I noticed it on the ground and I put it back up, today it's down again. Not ok to put the US flag on ground.

Robert Gallant is a very pushy person and has a horrible attitude . He’s against the US gov and talks down to people . It’s pretty poor how he handles his own business . I’ll never call again .

People here are not very helpful, because when you say something in writing they try to turn it around to suit there needs to sell a house. When you are a disabled veteran and going for your first and only home, people should not try to take advantage; after all it is your VA loan, you are the one who earned it for your sacrifice.
