Mike and Rob have been great to work with! For anyone looking for property managers, look no further than these guys. They have a guarantee to place tenants in your rental within 20 days and they accomplished this for us, even during this pandemic we're facing! They do thorough background checks on tenants and placed very good ones for us. They're very professional and personable to work with, they found great contractors to do work on the property, for a great price and are very quick at getting back to you for any questions you may have. I've already referred them to good friends of mine. Living out of state and renting a property through these guys is effortless!

Pine State Property Management has been wonderful to work with! My husband and I moved into a property in Bangor two years ago. After having extremely poor experiences with a landlord in Pittsburgh, PA, Pine State has been a much-needed breath of fresh air! They are extremely quick to respond to any maintenance issues/service requests and maintain great communication throughout the process. The stove in our house quit working a few weeks ago, and they were quick to replace it with a new, working unit and kept us posted all throughout the process. Overall, I highly recommend them!

Pine Tree Property Management started managing my apartment building about two years ago after my previous landlord of nearly 20 years sold the building. Any time I have had any type of question or problem they have been VERY quick to respond and take care of any issues that may arise and I am very greatful.
