The tech person was very conscious of his time. He didn't comprise the quality of his work tho. He was pleasant and kept me informed throughout the process.nnI highly recommend Nichols Pumping! Thank you for your professionalism!!

Nothing but positive things to say! Kayla in the office was very pleasant and said it would be a couple of days before someone could come to our home. The next day they had some time so were able to swing by. Rob was professional and took the time to review everything and visually show me what was happening. It gave me the confidence that what he was telling me is what we needed to have done. No run around at all. I also appreciated beforehand they reviewed their COVID policies so it made me feel safe having someone come into our home. Overall, really happy with the service and will definitely be calling Nichols again for all our plumbing questions and needs in the future.

We are using Nichols to handle the plumbing aspects of a bathroom remodel. Todd came to do the walk through and went over what was needed. Of the 3 quotes I got, his was the most comprehensive. He outlined what the code requirements were, included the radiant heat aspects and also covered plumbing line to the washer in the adjacent laundry room. Although the quote was higher than the other two, it provided a complete picture of what was needed (not just a partial solution). We will go with Nichols for this job. I'll update the review after it's completed. This is a very professional company (IMO).nnUpdate (Mar 18, 2021). As I expected, the work was stellar. Rob was our plumber and we couldn't have asked for a more skilled professional. He did a complete bathroom (tub, vanity, toilet, heat radiator) install and hookups. He also rerouted the laundry room drain line. We couldn't be happier.

I am SO impressed with the level of customer service at Nichols Plumbing. We were in a bind to get a last minute septic inspection and they accommodated our needs by coming to the house the very next day. Brad was very professional and kind, and clearly knowledgeable. We also needed an estimate done quickly and they rushed to get it ready the very next day as well. So happy with this company and will be recommending them to others!

I had a great experience with a service call when I needed to find out what to do with my kitchen sink Arater parts and to replace the Inlet valve on my washing machine. Chad arrived very promptly, did an excellent job, informed me what was needed and got it done. He was professional, had a great attitude and inspired trust and confidence with his customer service. Nichols Plumbing will be getting business from me in the future, definitely!
