Very helpful in working with kids in an individual basis. Always willing to take suggestions from parent input. My kids love going to school. They are excited to learn and enjoy the friendly atmosphere.
We love it here. We have two boys in the elementary grades. It’s a laid back, but very academically pushing environment with a tried and true method for teaching them to read, write, and do math. They’ve recently updated their location with what was Christ Lutherans school and we are very happy here. The class sizes are small which is amazing for the academic focus with the teacher. It certainly has some social drawbacks simply because the kids are ALWAYS together. By and large the kids get along well. Lots of parental involvement, fun field trips, and just a very diverse group of families make this school great
Mount Vernon Academy is a great school for everybody! It is friendly and has great academic and athletic programs. They always have fun things happening and I love it there. I am a student and it is the best school I have been to! I highly recommend it for anybody!
