They have bed bugs, roaches, and no heat haven't had heat since October they won't fix the problems when we call danny he starts screaming at us and then hangs up on us. Highland management is very unprofessional.

Supposed to be non smoking but place is filled with smoke. Maintenance is spotty. No working stove / oven in one kitchen. People they allow to rent have very questionable pasts and / or actively use drugs in building. Rotting wood in fire escapes. Just a bad place to live. Don't if you can help it.

Steals money from their tenants, enters your apartment without consent and harasses you if you’re a day late on payments.nI’ve been berated, sworn at and called names by all of their employees.nStay away if you can.

It is a boarding house style living. Shared kitchen and bathrooms. Be prepared to have your food stored in a cooler in your room. Theft of food from refrigerator is a common problem. Bring your own toilet paper!! Have not seen any bugs or rodents. Have been here for two months. Internet is available only if you are close to the router. It is difficult to rent a nice apartment using this address as your current address due to the owner having a really bad reputation for bed bugs and not taking care of his properties. But it is better than the shelter or sleeping in the car.

A bit unorganized, it was nice to look at an apt without a chaperone and pressure.
