I worked with the Island Agency both when I bought my property and again when I sold it, and could not recommend them more highly. Morgan and Rhonda are incredibly knowledgeable, responsive and helpful. They had my back for every step of the process, and made sure that I understood how best to position myself for success. Their attentiveness was particularly important to me as I was having to do most of the work for the sale long distance, and knowing that they were there to handle all the details was incredibly helpful.nnI can't possibly recommend them highly enough!

Rhonda and Morgan know the market better than anyone else in the area. They were excellent at showing and advertising my property. They gave me honest feedback after every showing. Their experience and knowledge were invaluable in successfully selling my property. Their advice in negotiating terms and conditions resulted in a win-win for both parties. They know how to close a deal. I highly recommend them.

We chose Island agency because their knowledge of the market in the area and their strategy for selling our house. Rhonda and Morgan told us well before we put the house on the market thane the property inspected. We corrected the problem areas before signing on with them then staged the house as directed, and we set a price based on the area market and felt confident about selling the place without negotiating over picky, picky items. The still photos ant 360 degree photos were outstanding and brought in the right people. Friends of ours from away loved them so much that they communicated with their friends to try to sell the place. You can’t get much better than that. We ended up negotiating a good price from a very nice couple with a back up offer from another party. We are so happy we went with the Island Agency.

Rhonda Mitchell, at the Island Agency was such a pleasure to work with. I had been looking for 4yrs to purchase a home on Deer Isle. Rhonda had walked me through numerous houses, with a sincere effort and focus on helping me find the house that was perfect for me, and I did! We have been using this business to rent our cottage on Deer Isle, they have done a remarkable job. With a year like 2020 they have had our property rented, from June through November. Christina, is very quick to respond to any questions we may have, and makes time to listen to our thoughts and concerns. The Island Agency, is a great business, and all employees have done a great job. Thanks for all you do.
