Desperately needed a car wash due to salt and sand from wintertime roads. It was 23° and almost closing time. He didn't have to let my car in, but instead of being rude, he politely let me know I failed to see his closed sign was up. I'm sure he was freezing cold, wet, and exhausted and he could have turned me away or been rude about it, but he wasn't. I was so impressed with his courtesy that I selected the most expensive wash and gave him a tip for the patience and care he took pre-brushing my car. It was my first time there and now I'm going to give him repeat business. A good reminder that courtesy and first impressions count.
Amazing management. His name is AL and this man deserves a raise. He takes care of the while place. Hes always running around doing almost everything here. I'll never let anyone work on my car or get oil changes anywere elese. Super fast services everytime. Always organized and on time. To watch how he gets it all done and in a timly manner is incredible. How the owners ever found a man like that ??? They are lucky !
