Lois is absolutely the Best!!nShe is professional and friendly, and has an extensive personal network as part of her resources. She works tirelessly behind the scenes to please her clients, answers questions with immediate reply or finds the answer as soon as possible, and by finding the perfect home. She makes you feel like you’re her only client and is always available.nnShe listened very carefully to my mom’s likes and dislikes to find her the perfect retirement community and home, a newly built cottage that mom could select the finishing touches. It was a big move, down sizing from a 4 bedroom 3 floors home in rural CT to 2 bedroom single floor cottage in Maine. Lois knows the community and provided excellent referrals.nnUnfortunately, no sooner than the cottage was completed, mom needed to move into an Assisted Living facility. Lois did such an excellent job of finding the best home for mom that we chose her to list and sell it. She did a fantastic job of staging and selling the cottage. She added personal touches that appealed to the Buyer’s wants, including a custom made island. We recommend Lois with the highest confidence and praise. Lois really is the Best!!!

We had a great experience listing our Raymond lake house with Lois. We made a quick decision to sell so we did not have some details buttoned up. Lois went the extra mile; doing yard clean up, staging the house and getting some amazing photos. Lois priced it right (higher than another realtor we considered) and it sold very quickly, and above asking price. We would highly recommend Lois!!

Lois sold our 2nd home that is located in Raymond. At the start of putting the house on the market, Lois suggested we do a little upgrading and repairs. Being from MA, it was hard for us to find the appropriate contractors. Lois was instrumental and finding the right people, contacting, and even getting quotes on our behalf. She did an outstanding job marketing our house once it was on the market and was quick to give us feedback on all showings. She was very communicative and personable and made us feel like we were her only clients. My husband and I can not say enough good things about her. We highly recommend Lois as a realtor.

Just closed on a property with Sunset Lakes as a dual agent. Lois and Jennifer made it clear from the start that they take the responsibility of dual agency seriously. And they delivered. They worked hard to make sure the parties involved were well taken care of. I also appreciated the fact that they made the administrative stuff as easy as possible. DocuSign is great! There was always an open line of communication and willing to answer our questions and offer guidance. I know we’ll partner with Sunset Lakes again, and you should too.
