Whitcomb Terrace Apartments

I do not have any bad experiences with this place. I appreciate everything they are doing. The customer service is excellent and my neighbors are fantastic. My only reason for a four-star is I'm afraid with the new management and various changes, I will not be able to afford to stay here when renewing my lease. I have not even been here a year yet, and it looks like I won't make it past a year.

They are always professional,when getting the job done. They are quick and knowledgeable about the issue,and they let you know what’s being done. I have no complaints. The management team is very nice and professional. They're attentive to the concerns of the residents and addressed issues promptly. I'm looking forward to the new look underway and my neighbors are wonderful. Such a great community I'm glad to be a residentud83dude00.

The apartment complex are nice! The bad thing is about every 2-3 years the place gets brought out by a new property manager and when they do that they increase rent, increased payments for laundry facilities and now separate water bill. The rent is due and there is a 50-65 fee for utility and now plus water ! The prices seem to go up every year and the new manger now is not willing to work with you not even in a pandemic. The 1st day you are late on rent there is a $50 fee and then you owe $5 for everyday that rent is late. I was still being charged late fees in a pandemic. I would not recommend you move here unless you want to pay at least 1k a month to stay on top of things. The neighbor hood is nice. The maintainace is usually on top of things, but last summer we had to get our water and ac fixed at least once a week for months until the problem was solved. The hot water only last about 10mins and then you wait another 10-15 for more hot water. The apartments are clean but they are full of SPIDERS, SPIDERS OF EVERY TYPE COLOR AND BREED.
