So far so good. Toni was very patient and gentle.
I really hate giving negative reviews but it really bothers me when people take your time for granted and are not professional. Toni did not show for an appointment I had with her. NO CALL NO SHOW. Her coworkers attempted to contact her with no response. She never even called me to try to reschedule. I was really hoping to find a new stylist in Toni. It’s ashamed she was not professional.
Went to get my hair washed shampooed and styled for my birthday. The stylist did fine washing and conditioning but after the style my hair looked like I just rolled out of bed and picked my hair out. This was supposed to be a flat twist out but there was way too much product. It took days to get all the product out. I really was looking for someone who knew how to handle natural hair without straightening. The stylist did not charge for the styled and was nice.
My daughter has had her hair done there two times. Nakisha did a wonderful job! The ladies are professional and kind. Neither time I was there did I see anyone leave unhappy with the work that their stylist did. From what I’ve seen, they’re all good at what they do!
They are very nice but I absolutely did not like my hair when I left I paid $79 for the same hairstyle I walked in there with and not to mention I had to lay my own baby hair down. The girl who was originally suppose to do my hair was named Ari she left without informing me and no one told me until I got there. I will not go back there or recommend anyone to go there
