Kuder Estates Apartments

Apartments are lacking simple amenities offered at other apartment complexes. No central a/c which is a huge thing as these apartments do NOT stay even remotely cool in the warmer months. Washer & dryers either do not work correctly or take forever to be repaired. Would be nice if there was a dog park in the courtyard since they allow pets. Property manager has always been prompt in getting back with me when I have questions or concerns which is a big positive for me. If each apartment had a washer/dryer that would be a plus. Overall these are okay apartments but definitely area's where there could be improvements.

Overall my experience has been good for my stay at Kuder Estates so far. My only complaint is about the office itself which lists open hours on Saturday however I have never seen someone in the office. Maybe someday they will fix the the sign and website.

Kuder was able to accommodate us and our pet as well with their pet friendly policy.nThe management was very responsive and proactive . Took care of small issues on time.nTom and team have been very professional and helpful in need !nnWould recommend the place !

Living here for over 18 months now. The location is good, apposite to an elementary school and very close to YMCA and supermarket. The apartment has big windows and a large glass sliding door in the living room to balcony which provide a great view of outside and ample natural lightning in each room. This is the main differentiator compare to other apartment & houses in the town. The common area and apartment complex is also well maintained. The maintenance support is good and usually fast.nOn the downside, there is no washer & dryers in the unit though they have coin operated washer & dryers on each floor. There is no central heating & cooling and rent is on the higher side but it includes heating, water & garbage.

If y'all weren't there for the great Kuder Flood/Freeze of the 08/09 winter you don't know hard times. When they tell you to keep your heat running and water flowing, do it. It got so cold outside that winter that the pipes froze, then burst when things warmed up a hair. Everyone under the top floor was flooded. The maintenance team rolled up in the infamous Kuder Scooter (that golf cart) and saved the day. Kuder Bingo was a blast. Kudos to Kuder! Best apartment complex I have ever lived in. Too bad it is in Warsaw, IN.
