Redwood Warsaw

Overall we had a very good experience at Redwood Warsaw. Brandon who handled all the maintenance work was very responsive and helpful. My only two issues with the property were I did not love the Low flow toilets and the insulation could have been better. I definitely felt some airflow coming through the doors and the light fixtures that opened into the attic in the bathrooms. But otherwise a nice place with a huge pantry that I loved and will miss a lot!

We have a wonderful maintenance man. He always does a great job and he is so friendly and kind!! He comes and fixes anything right away. We really like living here!! Beautiful home! They girls in the office are also so friendly and helpful ,I really appreciate them!!!

This place is a Gem! We moved here in August during the heat of the pandemic and were quite nervous about the place as we hadn't seen it in person. The units are new, spacious, and clean! The best part about this Redwood property though is the staff. There was a tornado warning in the area the day we moved( we didn't know as it was an out of state move) and we couldn't figure out our smart thermostat. Brandon came after hours to help us out and was so helpful and most importantly so courteous. Likewise, Tisha who was on her day off helped us so much and made sure our move was seamless. The staff is always a pleasure to deal with and make sure our issues are handled in a timely manner. Kudos to the whole team!

Have to thank Tisha for all her hard work, taking questions after her work hours and just making our process welcoming and encouraging. Looking forward to starting new in what seems to be a great location with great help to back it up.
