After trying to sell our home on our own only to have the buyer back out last minute we called Janeane and we're so glad we did! She was great to work with, the process was much less stressful, and we got more money than we would have on our own. She also helped make purchasing our new home a great experience too. We highly recommend her!

I worked with Janean Steck to sell a house in Layton for my late brother’s estate. I was referred to her by the estate lawyer and needed someone who could work well with an out-of-state client. The house had been neglected for some years and needed a thorough clean-up and significant repairs and updates. Janean was extremely helpful in these efforts, going well beyond the basic tasks of listing the house and working with potential buyers. Jeanne assisted in identifying/hiring contractors, making décor choices, arranging the sale or donation of household items, and staging of the house for sale. She worked tirelessly to meet aggressive goals for marketing the house. The final sales price was within the range of estimates initially provided to the estate. Several months of persistent efforts were required, but the overall timeframe of the sale helped ensure the efficient closure of the estate. I would sincerely recommend her to potential clients.
