We bought our first home in November of 2003, Cindy did everything she could to help us find the home that was perfect for our family. In May of this year, I lost my job, we decided to see if it was worth selling our house, in my mind I never realized how much it could be worth, the amount of equity we have earned. We called on Cindy Wood again, she came out and pointed out the beauty in our home, and let us know what we can do to get the best offer. It went on the market, and the showings came pouring in. Thursday morning it listed, by Saturday evening we had 9 offers!! Since we were moving 170 miles away, she went out of her way to help us find a realtor in our area. I will forever be grateful for Cindy, Erica and August. They gave us the tools to help us along on our sale, and finding our next forever home.
