Redwood handled my issue well as they always do. Jason called me just a couple minutes after I submitted my emergency maintenance request of a faulty smoke alarm going off at 4am. He rushed over even though he received this call while dead asleep and fixed my issue promptly. He is always extremely pleasant, happy to help, and fixes any situation I’ve needed him for. Couldn’t ask for a better team of maintenance professionals.

I have been living here for a little over a year now. Love the spaciousness of the place and location. The front office has been nothing but helpful whenever we needed it. Wish there was a clubhouse of some sort, 3-bedroom options and most of all, I wish the master bathroom had a full bathtub instead of a single stand-in shower. But all-in-all, I highly recommend!
