Beginning to question if we choose the right building they are trying to screw us on price

Sad but true this Community becoming very congested in fact it’s is so congested that every time you walk out of your house there’s someone staring you in the face neighbors are loud also not very considerate sometimes neighbors will literally walk into your yard without your permission there are times the people that’s moved here recently drive through the streets way too fast.nThis neighborhood is Becoming like the neighborhood that I tried to move away from.nnI moved into this neighborhood for a more peaceful place to live, but now since so many homes have been build here the neighborhood is no better than the other neighborhood I moved away from also homeowners association dues go up even though more people live in this neighborhood.nI have lived in this neighborhood for over 11 years but now I’m Considering moving wile the value of my home is still pretty good.

The homes, via friends, and the work I have seen on the outside of many of the homes, seems to show the builder is competent but not willing to take the extra time to make clients happy and has had some shady answers to questions regarding quality.
