Echo Ridge Apartments

Maintenance is nice you do have to wait as there is only one maintenance guy but he gets the job done. The office staff is pleasant the apartments, and environment is laid back haven't seen anything to be alarmed about such as crime.

This is a perfectly good apartment complex. The office staff are kind and considerate especially if you are kind and considerate to them. Apartments are spacious, well kept, and you rarely hear your neighbors. Like any apartment, it has a few things that are frustrating, such as the issue with the mail, but overall, it is a good place to live.

No maintenance on time, we requested them before a month they still didn’t do our work.

I just recently moved into an apartment complex at Echo Ridge. I believe her name is Michelle in the leasing office she was absolutely wonderful and very informative she was able to help me at every step of the process as I had never rented on my own before. Place is very clean and well-kept and every employee that I have come across at the apartments has been very polite and responsive to your needs. So far I have had absolutely no trouble with parking although I am on the waiting list for a garage. It was a little difficult for me to get ahold of the guy to hook up the internet and cable so I just ended up going straight through Comcast / Xfinity and since they already are working with that cable and internet company everything's ready to go and you can hook up on your own.

Mail now has to be picked up at the post office as numerous times people have complained that the mailboxes we get our mail at was broken. No one has came to look at the mailboxes hopefully it will be a priority as soon as things get back to normal.
