My brother and I recently bought a house in Salt Lake City using Melissa Smith as the mortgage broker. She did a fantastic job. Although we both have good credit scores, we both also have non-traditional income streams. Melissa was willing to accommodate our unique situation and despite this complexity, got us a very low interest rate and low fees. Communicating with her was super easy and she was very responsive to any of our requests. When questions or obstacles arose, she didn’t give up but was determined to find a solution. This is the fifth time that I have bought a home so I can say by comparison with previous brokers that Melissa truly excelled at all aspects of the transaction. I highly recommend using Melissa as your mortgage broker. She will get it done.

Melissa Smith goes above and beyond in every aspect. She thinks outside the box and runs different scenarios to ensure your mortgage is right for you. She is timely and responsive regardless of the time of day. My agent said she was the best finance representative she has worked with. To top it off, Mellissa is a pleasure to work with. Our family appreciated all her extra efforts and personalization.

I cannot recommend Melissa highly enough. She was beyond professional, extremely knowledgeable and willing to turn around documents/letters at a moment's notice. She happily created custom cost breakdown spreadsheets for me without complaint and in easy-to-read format. I will certainly use her again.
