My husband and I were very happy to have found Paragon Properties. Stephen and Chuck helped us purchase our current home, helped my parents purchase their current home, and helped us sell a home. The key descriptor of working with Chuck and Stephen is professionalism. They were great in helping us find what we wanted, and were very patient in the process. They were also great in advising us on negotiations, and in helping us find professionals to help with inspections and for upgrades. If we have a real-estate need, we will definitely be coming back to Paragon Properties.

Chuck was so helpful in finding our first home. He showed us the highest respect and was always thinking of what was in our best interests. After we had found the perfect home for us he even gave us the contact info for Paul Floor the help with the financing, and also a very good inspector to make sure our future home was in good condition. He is hard working, honest, and will do all he can to get you into the right home. He has helped all of my family (3 sisters and myself in getting the right home). I give his contact information to everyone I know that is looking for a home.
