This is a place to live.its more than a apt complex . Its a community of friendships. The staff here is always willing to help and listen. Your neighbors are like family we all take care of one another. The kids have a safe environment and some of them call you grandma or grandpa.it has its up and downs like everything else but most of the time its home.the diversity of race and religion seniors old and young what makes this different to live here. Its simple but its home if you chose it to be yours.

new management Jaymie and Tyler have been great, friendly office answers any concerns or questions...Maintenance done in timely manner and done right.. Thank you, they are ROCKSTARS .

Horrible place had to move out never had hot water for my children to bathe poor maintenance very bad management was charged 3extra months even though I moved out and didn't live there anymore. received housing dept.alot of Crime&drug attics not safe for children even had attempted break ins unsupervised children outside after school until late night my children&i held our breath entering and exciting day due to drug smoke in our building when trying to open drawers they Fall off tub paint chips right off and mildew ,leaks floods in our building was a nightmare no one is ever in office or answers vcmails phone calls no heat for 7days in winter worse place we ever lived.
