We have now refinanced with Steve at Trillion twice. Both times he was quick and easy to work with and helped us close with zero out of pocket. Both refis were just to get lower rates and zero cash out, so it was really easy to wrap up everything quickly. Definitely recommend

All I can say is RUN if you are thinking of using this lender. Not truthful in dealings. Fails to follow through and complete mortgage process and paperwork. Always asking to extend not once, not twice, but now for a third time AFTER the closing documents have been signed because of their failure. If you are a buyer and have unlimited funds to give away your earnest money to the seller because you chose this lender who is unable to complete the funding then go ahead and use this disreputable company.

We have used Mark for a few refinances and to purchase a new home. He is so amazing to work with. He is very professional and knowledgeable. He walks us through our options and makes sure that we understand the different choices in loans. I highly recommend him to anyone wanting to purchase a home or refinance your current loan.

Mark Schow was recommended to us by my real estate agent. He did a great job, found us the right mortgage and helped me.get all the paperwork together. We had our first house fall thru, he didn't charge us anything even though he had already paid for an appraisal for us. Mark and his team are the best in my book!
